A recent survey from New Hope and iVillage showed
that of the top ten label claims women
respond to, fat-free came in second
only to high fiber. Fat-free? Really?
Have we not gotten past this awful and
misleading term?
Fat-free almost always means
chemical-laden. At best, it means
sodium saturated and sugary to the
max.
Let's break down popular fat-free
products, why don't we?

Grass Pollen Season Has Arrived.
|
Bonnie -
grass pollen allergy season can be
extremely debilitating, even if
one is taking one or more allergy
medications. If this is you, you must
address how diet can make your
symptoms at least fifty percent worse.
As I have known by working with
clients over the years, including my
own son and grandson, there are
specific foods that exacerbate grass
pollen allergy symptoms. By
temporarily removing the offenders and
replacing them with safe alternatives
during the height of the season, your
symptoms can be greatly reduced or go
away completely.
We have never made it easier to follow
our protocol. Simply order our Conquering
Allergy and Intolerance Action Plan
and follow the "Grass Pollen
Allergy: Remove and Replace"
section.
