Question #1:
I think that I have Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS). Do you know anything about this? I hate to go on the meds they prescribe, so I thought I would ask you first.
Answer #1:
Medications can be responsible for RLS, but vitamin B-12 (1000 mcg daily by shot or sublingual can help) as well as adequate vitamin B6 (50 mg) with magnesium (300 mg). If you soak your legs in Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate) and see no relief, the B12 may be the bigger issue.
Have a happy, healthy day.
