Question #1:

We enjoy dried fruit in our household, especially raisins, dates, apricots and figs.  I am concerned about their sugar content and was wondering how much is OK to eat on a regular basis.

Answer #1:

Make sure all of the dried fruits are free of sulfiting agents. If no yeast imbalance, one serving (approximately 1/4 cup daily) as dessert should be fine.

Have a happy, healthy day.
