ASK
BONNIE for January 2004
Question #1:
Is Gatorade still on your BAD shelf?
Answer #1:
Yes. Gatorade is loaded with artificial colors, artificial flavors, and high glycemic sugars. There are now many other healthy alternatives, such as Glaceau Fruit Water and Smart Water brands.
Question #2:
I was wondering how you feel about the flu shot?
Answer #2:
The
flu shot contains the following ingredients (aside from the four dead flu
strains):
-Ethylene glycol (antifreeze)
-Phenol or Carbolic Acid (used in disinfectant, dye)
-Formaldehyde (known cancer causing agent)
-Aluminum (toxic metal)
-Thimersol (a mercury disinfectant/preservative; the third most toxic
substance on earth behind arsenic and lead)
Given
the fact that when injected, your immune system has NO defense against these
substances, the Centers for Disease Control stated that the flu shot DOES NOT
contain the strain that is afflicting Americans, and experts have said it has
extreme reservations about the flu shot's efficacy, I think you can come to your
own conclusion.
Have a happy, healthy day.
