Question #1:
I have been eating and living a more healthy life for the past year and a half and have dropped pounds and feel better;
however, I would like to still have more control over my eating. I have some recipes that do not list total caloric count and I wanted to find someone
to help me determine the caloric count of these recipes. Do you provide that kind of service? Also, I wanted help with my total daily caloric intake and what I should be eating.

I appreciate the inquiry. I have never worked with our clients in this way. Specifically, I have
never tracked caloric intake down to the number. Based upon the information I receive from a client in a consultation warrants the portion size and
suggested amount of proteins, carbohydrates, and healthy fats. This is done with visuals. I found out early (25 years ago) that clients get too bogged
down and stressed when they are counting calories. Our philosophy is if you eat real foods in portion sizes that are ideal for your individuals needs,
you do not need to worry about calories!
