Question #1:

My husband and I work out on a regular basis during the week. We try to use all natural products including herbal vits and such.  We also eat very health, well as healthy as we can with the given stores that offer it in our area. Organic and natural foods. But during the week, before we workout, we will each drink a sugar free Red Bull. This gives us the energy in the late afternoon to get the work out in after working all day!  We have been wondering what bad effects this may have on our bodies, and I don't know who to get the info. from!!!  I was just wondering if you have come across any information that may help us with our concern with Redbull.
We have also been trying to conceive for about 1 year now. Do you recommend anything to help the chances of conception?  Naturally I mean?  I am not looking for a miracle. I am just wondering if you have personally helped someone like me and in my situation.

Answer #1:

Redbull is awful nutritionally. Sugar-free also means artificial sweeteners, which are not good if you are priming your body for pregnancy. I can't say for certain that it will have a long-term negative effect for any individual unless I counsel them personally. In addition, make sure that you do not overdo it with exercise. It is a very important, but just as you are reducing your stress, you must also keep your exercise at a level you can handle.

We have an awesome Action Plan on our website for Natural Fertility. It has worked for many who have followed it exactly. You can find it under Products & Services at nutritionalconcepts.com.

If the above is not enough, I would recommend and individual appointment for both you and your husband.

Have a happy, healthy day.
