Question #1:

Do you know of any allergy medication safe to take during breastfeeding/pregnancy? I suffer from spring allergies.

Answer #1:

I much prefer a vitamin supplement entitled Allergy Fighters (two daily are safe for pregnancy and breast feeding), or homeopathic allergy preparations by either Boericke & Tafel (B&T) or BioAllers.

I do not recommend medication of any kind during pregnancy unless the benefit of taking it far outweighs the risk. If you are absolutely miserable and none of the other remedies are effective, then and only then may it be warranted with your physician's blessing.
