ASK
BONNIE for December 2003
Question #1:
What can we do about avoiding what will be the worst year flu season in decades?
Answer #1:
Avoid
as much as possible high sugar foods, grains (especially if sensitive), and
non-organic dairy products. Eat plenty of lean meats, healthy fats, vegetables,
and some fruits. Try to enhance your daily regimen with supplemental nutrients
such as Zinc, Antioxidant Complex, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Cod Liver Oil (Omega 3s with vitamin D),
Daily Multivitamin/Mineral, Quercetin, Vitamin C, Probiotics, Lauric Acid (if
needed), and Epsom Salt Baths.
Have a happy, healthy day.
