What are good foods for cleansing and detoxing one's system of excess salts, toxins, etc?
Answer:
Water is the best cleanser for detoxing and cleansing. So drink your
water!
Eat tons of fruits and veggies. The fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants
are great detoxifiers and cleansers.
Here are some other great cleansing, detoxifying agents:
