Aluminum: Worst Concern Is Validated | Paleo, Vegan Diets Upended

From eNewsletter 4/19/2021

DID YOU KNOW that a new study from the Yearbook of the American Physical Anthropology Association provides a stark depiction of how immature vegetarian and vegan dietary habits are to human genes? According to the most comprehensive study ever performed on Stone Age humans, scientists state the species spent some 2 million years as hyper-carnivorous “apex predators” that ate mostly the meat of large animals. Humans only moved to incorporating plant-based foods such as vegetables, fruits, nuts, and roots 85,000 years ago. This research even upends the Paleolithic style of eating, which says that Stone Age humans ate 65% plant-based. So for those who think they can just easily switch to a vegetarian or vegan diet, let's put this into perspective. Since humans became a species, we have only consumed plant-based foods 4% of the time. As we know how slow genes are to adapt, except for the most unique of individuals, why would we think we could just switch to a vegetarian or vegan diet and thrive? We shouldn't and we don't. In one recent study from Nutrition Reviews, vegans and vegetarians were at higher risk for depression, especially under 26 years of age.

UPDATE: Our COVID-19 Vaccine Opinion This document was updated April 19th.

Virus Prevention And Treatment Vaccines will minimize COVID-19 related mortality and hospitalizations, but SARS-CoV-2 is not going away, as evidenced by its ever-mutating variants. Moreover, SARS-CoV-2 is not the only virus we fight. There are influenza (flu), norovirus (stomach flu), adenovirus (common cold), and four other coronaviruses (common cold), among others. We highly recommend continuing your immune support. For more information, refer to our Prevent and Fight Viruses 2.0 Protocol.

COVID-19 Condition Monograph For those interested in conventional and integrative treatments for COVID-19 with over 250 references, this is our COVID-19 Condition Monograph.

Post-COVID Syndrome (PCS) If you, or someone you know, has PCS, we provide individualized consultation or our Post-COVID Syndrome Action Plan.

Steve and Bonnie: If you wondered why we have so vociferously railed against aluminum-based antiperspirants and vaccines that contain aluminum adjuvant, look no further than the latest study from the Journal of Alzheimer's Disease Reports linking aluminum to Alzheimer's disease (AD).

This study, while supporting a growing body of evidence that aluminum contributes to the pathogenesis of AD, is particularly damning. Researchers demonstrate that aluminum is co-located with phosphorylated tau protein, present as tangles within neurons in the brains of early-onset or familial Alzheimer's disease. The presence of these tangles is associated with neuronal cell death, and observations of aluminum in these tangles may highlight a role for aluminum in their formation.

Aluminum accumulation has been associated with Alzheimer's disease for nearly half a century, but it is the meticulously specific studies like these that are defining the exact molecular interaction of aluminum and other multivalent metals that may be critical to formation of the pathology of Alzheimer's disease.

This is particularly important if your Pure Genomics screening suggests that your predisposition for detoxification is vulnerable to suboptimal heavy metal clearance.

Whenever possible, please use non-aluminum antiperspirants/deodorants, avoid aluminum beverage containers, and choose vaccines that do not contain aluminum adjuvants. If you are wondering, the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines do not contain aluminum.
