B-Vites and Dementia Risk

DID YOU KNOW that over an average follow-up of 15.4 years, riboflavin, vitamin B6, and folate intake were associated with a significantly reduced risk of disabling dementia, according to a study from the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition?
On the topic of dementia, older adults who did computerized speed-training exercises plus booster sessions had 25% lower risk of dementia diagnosis over 20 years, as reported in Alzheimer’s & Dementia. The effective training required 10 initial sessions over 6 weeks, plus booster sessions at 1 year and 3 years. Skipping the booster sessions erased all benefits, even for those who completed initial training.
