DID YOU KNOW that intake of fruits and vegetables known to have high-pesticide contamination in the United States food supply is related to lower sperm counts? The same researchers who discovered this examined markers of ovarian reserve among reproductive-aged females.


The study from The Journal of Nutrition found that high-pesticide residue fruit and vegetable intake was linked to lower ovarian reserve among females without a history of infertility treatment.


Thus, eating organic produce whenever possible is preferred for optimal fertility.
