DID YOU KNOW that a study from Frontiers in Nutrition demonstrated a notable decrease in hs-CRP and TNF-α levels, both inflammatory markers, from vitamin D and magnesium co-supplementation?


Particularly, middle-aged women with vitamin D deficiency, and obese or overweight participants, may experience especially specific benefits from vitamin D and magnesium co-supplementation in reducing inflammatory response.


Hs-CRP is a test we ask all our clients get to assess cardiac-related inflammation.
