DID YOU KNOW that according to a study from PLOS Medicine, exposure to emulsifiers, preservatives, and artificial colors, mostly correlated with broths, dairy desserts, and sauces, were positively associated with a higher incidence of type 2 diabetes?


As you can see, it's not just sugar and artificial sweeteners that lead to blood sugar disorders, but other food chemicals as well.
