DID YOU KNOW that a study from Medrxiv found that tart cherry extract improved sleep quality, daytime alertness, insomnia symptoms, and anxiety without impacting sleep duration and latency in a group of adults? Moreover, there was greater improvement with longer-term consumption.


In another study from Nutrients, researchers discovered that tart cherry extract was found to be beneficial for optimizing the human metabolome, which is the sum of our metabolites (e.g. glucose, lactate, lipids) that reflect the sum of biochemical activities in our organ systems.
