DID YOU KNOW that organic foods are often more expensive because the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers is prohibited, and production generally requires more labor?


In addition, the more organic food is researched when compared with conventional food, the more we find that it is healthier.


A study from Nutrients found higher amounts of vitamin C, vitamin E, magnesium, iron, and polyphenols in organic produce and animal products showing more antioxidants or fat-soluble vitamins when compared with conventional.
