DID YOU KNOW that tart cherry may help reduce plasma urate (uric acid) and C-reactive protein levels, supporting cardiovascular health and the management of hyperuricemia, according to a study from the Journal of Dietary Supplements?


Four weeks of daily supplementation with 500 mg of tart cherry extract significantly reduced systemic inflammation and urate levels in healthy adults compared to the placebo.


Two studies from Frontiers in Nutrition produced results related to enhanced exercise performance. One lauded the potential beneficial effect of tart cherry consumption on post-exercise recovery of muscle strength.
