DID YOU KNOW that the results of a Frontiers in Nutrition study found several vitamins that are associated with lower rates of sarcopenia (loss of muscle mass due to aging)?
Researchers evaluated only vitamins, not minerals or other nutraceuticals. They found higher levels of vitamin A, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, and vitamin C were significantly related to a lower risk of sarcopenia.
