DID YOU KNOW that a study from International Journal of Hygiene and Environmental Health warns consumers of consistently choosing to eat conventional produce?


The researchers found that study subjects who consumed conventional produce, especially heavily sprayed fruits and vegetables such as strawberries, spinach, and bell peppers, showed higher pesticide levels in their urine.


However, switching from conventional to organic produce, which are not grown using certain synthetic pesticides, significantly lowered pesticide biomarkers within just a few days.
