DID YOU KNOW 70% of Americans believe that disinformation, mainly from news and social media, has a negative effect on society and well-being? It has gotten to the point these same Americans cite family and friends as their most trusted sources of information.

As many long-time clients know, we stick to the research. And we only get political when government officials get in the way of the health and wellbeing of our clients.

For over 20 years, our eNewsletter has been an oasis from the torrid pace of health disinformation spewed daily.

Following is an example of what paid members read Mondays and Wednesdays. Wellness topics may include diet, sleep, physical activity, supplements, stress management, new food and beverages brands, recipes, medical advances, and much more, including 24-hour access to our 48 title Action Plan library.

Don't wait to read at this page because this is only available once a year.

DID YOU KNOW that a recent study from The Journal of Prevention of Alzheimer’s Disease purports that playing Mahjong offers substantial cognitive and social benefits for older adults?

Regular Mahjong players demonstrate improved memory, cognitive flexibility, and slower rates of cognitive decline. Additionally, the social aspect of the game offers further mental health benefits by reducing feelings of loneliness.

Mahjong has also been shown to reduce symptoms of depression. A recent study from Social Science & Medicine showed that regularly playing Mahjong was linked to reduced depression rates among middle-aged and older.

To find a game or more information, The National Mahjong League website is a great place to start!
