DID YOU KNOW that a study from Frontiers in Nutrition purports that quercetin may contribute to the reduction of viral load from COVID (SARS-CoV-2), reactivation of EPV (Epstein-Barr) and herpesvirus, a decrease in the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines (that lead to inflammation cytokine storms), reduction of ROS (reactive oxygen species that cause oxidative stress), and a decrease in mucus production during the acute stage of infection?


Moreover, the authors suggest that quercetin is beneficial for those suffering from autoimmune-like long COVID symptoms.
