DID YOU KNOW that we have over 50,000 thoughts a day? This creates chaos for our brains, and our brains need breaks. How do we do this? Just breathe. The simple task of taking periodic deep breaths throughout the day calms the brain, which can benefit us in a number ways:

• Enhance your immune system
• Reduce feelings of depression, anxiety, fear, anger and confusion
• Increase blood flow and slow heart rate
• Increase energy
• Enhance short-term memory
All without having to rely on medication :)
