DID YOU KNOW that it warms our heart to hear that what we're doing is impactful? We received this last week and wanted to share it with you. "Bonnie & Steve: Our family has been consulting with Nutritional Concepts and adhering to your research and advice for 28 years now. We began consulting with Bonnie when she was the only nutritionist in the Chicago area willing to meet with my mother after being diagnosed with cancer. Bonnie proceeded to not only give my mother health-saving nutritional diagnoses and treatment, but also hope, confidence, and control over her own health. My mother far outlived the doctors' timetable with far greater quality of life. Nutritional Concepts has walked with us through 4 pregnancies and children, fibromyalgia, and migraines. And now, Nutritional Concepts has walked with us through a global pandemic, freely sharing thorough research, preventative care, and treatment protocol. During days when information was conflicting and overwhelming, preventative care not being discussed, and treatment options disconcerting, Nutritional Concepts has been a weekly, steady voice of thoroughly-researched, timely medical counsel. From your COVID-19 Monograph to the Virus Prevention Protocol to your COVID-19 Vaccine research, Nutritional Concepts has consistently provided thoroughly researched information available for free to all. Our family cannot thank you enough for being a voice of thoroughly researched and reasoned medical and health information to the public amidst an overwhelming and unsettling time, and for being an example of ethical and medical honor and integrity in providing free access to this information. There have been many moments in the last year when your information lifted our heads above the confusion and fear to clarity, confidence, action, and peace. Thank you, both, for your diligent research, hard work, and thorough communication amidst these pandemic days. Most recently, your information on the vaccine options has been valuable and helpful. Late last year, we were unsettled as to know what to do and informed people, "We will wait to see what Bonnie and Steve advise." Thank you for your research into each vaccine. It gave my 82 year old father confidence in receiving Pfizer, which he has done well with. Thank you, again, for your rigorous research and public health care. Sincerely, Delyene & Kent"

Our COVID-19 Vaccine Opinion This document was updated April 12th.
Virus Prevention And Treatment Vaccines will minimize COVID-19 related mortality and hospitalizations, but SARS-CoV-2 is not going away, as evidenced by its ever-mutating variants. Moreover, SARS-CoV-2 is not the only virus we fight. There are influenza (flu), norovirus (stomach flu), adenovirus (common cold), and four other coronaviruses (common cold), among others. We highly recommend continuing your immune support. For more information, refer to our Prevent and Fight Viruses 2.0 Protocol.
COVID-19 Condition Monograph For those interested in conventional and integrative treatments for COVID-19 with over 250 references, this is our COVID-19 Condition Monograph.
Post-COVID Syndrome (PCS) If you, or someone you know, has PCS, we provide individualized consultation or our Post-COVID Syndrome Action Plan.
Warning: Counterfeit Products Online On the internet, especially at Amazon, there is an epidemic of counterfeit products, especially dietary supplements. Here is our reporting on the issue.
8 WAYS TOXINS HARM US
Steve and Bonnie: A new study of existing evidence from journal Cell proposes eight hallmarks of environmental exposures that chart the biological pathways through which pollutants contribute to disease.
It is well known that exposure to pollutants in air, water, soil, and food is harmful to human health. Less understood, however, are the specific biological pathways through which these chemicals inflict damage on our bodies.
The authors of this study bring about an extreme amount of vindication and validation for us, as they state that we are continually exposed to a mixture of pollutants, which lead to changes in our bodies from conception to old age. Pollutants can govern gene expression, train and shape our immune systems, trigger physiological responses, and determine wellbeing and disease.
Hmm, where have you heard this before?
Oxidative Stress and Inflammation
When antioxidant defenses are depleted, inflammation, cell death, and organ damage occur. The importance of eating fruit and vegetables and taking targeted supplemental phytonutrients/antioxidants is essential.
Genomic Alterations and Mutations
An accumulation of DNA errors can trigger cancer and other chronic diseases. This is exactly why we urge all of our clients get our genetic screening at some point.
Epigenetic changes alter the synthesis of proteins responsible for childhood development and regular function of the body. We've discussed this for almost 20 years. The lifestyle choices you make not only affect you and your children, but several generations into the future.
A breakdown in cellular energy production may interfere with human development and contribute to chronic disease. We are acutely aware of this and have numerous targeted therapies to ameliorate and prevent this.
Chemicals found in our environment, food, and consumer products disrupt the regulation of hormones and contribute to disease. Aside from avoiding these environmental triggers as much as possible, there are myriad therapies to counteract the effects.
Altered Intercellular Communication
Signaling receptors and other means by which cells communicate with each other, including neurotransmission, are affected. Understanding how the environment affects your neurotransmitters is very tricky, but some information can ascertained through genetic screening.
Altered Microbiome Communities
An imbalance in the population of bacteria and other microorganisms in our body can make us susceptible to allergies and infections. Very important that they mentioned "our body" and not just the gut. The nasopharynx, mouth, lung, skin, urinary tract, and vaginal area all have microbial environments that need to be in balance.
Impaired Nervous System Function
Microscopic particles in air pollution reach the brain through the olfactory nerve, and can interfere with cognition. Minimal exposure is the best option, but targeted diet, lifestyle, and supplemental therapies can be implemented to mitigate the effects.
Another reason we loved this study is because the authors mentioned that not all environmental exposures are harmful. They note that exposure to nature has extremely beneficial impacts on mental health.
