Researchers in a Frontiers in Nutrition study found that LZ attenuates multi-level biological aging through telomere regulation and inflammation suppression.
A large eight year human study suggests that higher intake of LZ was associated with a slower biological aging rate, observed in major organs such as the liver and kidneys, as well as the cardiovascular system.
