DID YOU KNOW that in a large US cohort, a new Frontiers in Nutrition study not only corroborates the conclusions of previous studies on the protective role of minerals magnesium and zinc in the development of colorectal cancer (CRC), but also suggests new perspectives on the beneficial role of copper, iron, and selenium.

The risk of CRC seemed to be at its lowest when the supplemental intake of magnesium was approximately 445 mg/day and zinc was around 20 mg/day.

NOTE: This is a large cohort and individual needs still must be taken into account so please do not self-supplement based upon this study.
