Overcoming COVID Fear | Organic Study Astounds

DID YOU KNOW that another major study published about the importance of eating organic? Researchers in this month's American Journal of Clinical Nutrition examined urinary pesticide residue excretion in two groups: one eating a conventional Western diet and the other eating a Mediterranean diet made from entirely organic foods. In a truly shocking discovery, urinary pesticide residue excretion was 91% lower in those eating organic compared with conventional. Moreover, when some of the group eating conventional switched to eating organic, the rate of excretion of pesticides increased dramatically for a short period of time, which means these subjects were able to rid themselves of the toxicity. Recently, there have been some incredible studies on the health benefits of eating organic. Let's keep them coming so organic will be the norm, and not the exception.

Steve: I was relieved to learn last week that Pfizer is delaying its FDA application to expand its COVID vaccine to kids under 5 because they needed more data, and more importantly, it did not work well against the Omicron variant. I said as much a few weeks ago when I shared my concern about vaccinating this group. I am also very encouraged with recent COVID-19 data I have seen. The signs that COVID-19 is abating are all positive. Omicron Tsunami Was a Positive Because the Omicron variant was so contagious, yet much less deadly, it is now projected that up to 75% of the population has some form of immunity to severe COVID-19. The degree of immunity does vary from person to person based upon myriad factors. However, it is believed that the main reason society was so restricted, the breakdown of our hospital system, is no longer a threat. This should allow every aspect of society to open without restriction. Overcoming the Fear I have spoken with many of you who are fearful of integrating back into society. I have spoken to many who's family, friends, coworkers, or even themselves, have dealt with, or are dealing with COVID's mental and physical aftereffects. It is okay to be fearful. I want you to know that we hear you and are here for you. We have been with you since the beginning of this pandemic, and we will be here for you post-pandemic. There is nobody more well equipped to address your needs than we are. And there is no client base more well equipped to get back to normalcy than you. Think about the knowledge you've inherited to optimize your lifestyle:

  • Physical Activity

  • Dietary Supplements, with emphasis on immune system protection

  • Stress Management

  • Sleep Quality

  • Toxic Load

  • Genetics Awareness

  • Body Alignment

If you have ignored one or more of these tenants, use your knowledge to "get back on the wagon". If you need help, come and see us or talk to us remotely. And for your loved ones who have not yet attained this knowledge, but are looking to optimize themselves against future pathogens, we are here for them as well. From a societal outlook, to heal we must start with accountability for ourselves and our inner circle. When achieved, we can assist our extended circles and beyond. This will be very difficult if we do not pivot from extreme restrictions. Most importantly, among one another, we must replace vitriol with compassion.
