DID YOU KNOW that coffee is linked to a decreased risk of neurodegenerative diseases, with caveats?


The decreased risk of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias and Parkinson’s disease is only applicable when coffee is black and caffeinated, according to a large study from The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.


When coffee was sweetened, artificially sweetened, or decaffeinated, there was no neurodegenerative benefit.
