A massive study from JAMA Dermatology of over 33,000 participants finds that niacinamide may significantly lower the risk of non-melanoma skin cancers.Those who began taking 500 mg twice daily soon after their first skin cancer diagnosis saw a 54% reduction in subsequent cancers. Across all participants, the supplement was linked to a 14% lower risk of developing any new skin cancer.
